• Fairmont Heritage Place At Nature's Door is a 1/10th ownership model, where owners get two weeks in the winter, and two in the summer with one flex week. Owners pick their usage on a rotating basis. Each 10th ownership interest is referred to as a 'chapter' or 'fraction'.

• Seasons is a 1/12th share property where owners get four weeks of usage per year (one week per season).

• Horstman House, Legends and Evolution have a Quarter Share structure, so owners of those units get to use their unit once every four weeks on a four year rotation. When owners aren't using their unit they have the potential to generate revenue. Click here for Quarter Shares.
