In April we saw 58 sales in Whistler. With a higher number of international buyers than we have seen in the first few months of 2023. 
72% of Buyers were from BC;
72% of Buyers were from BC;5% of Buyers were from outside of BC, but from within Canada;
12% of Buyers were from the US;
7% of Buyers were from oversees.
